Captain Art Serig, International Director
Served 31.5 years on Miami Police Department. Former Commander Miami PD Marine Patrol & Under Water Recovery Unit. Spent 35 years involved in marine law enforcement service. Active for 46 years as a State of Florida law enforcement trainer. Miami PD SWAT Team Member and sniper, Master Diver, USCG 100 Ton Master Captain, Tactical Boat Operations Instructor, Firearms Instructor and State of Florida Certified Airboat Operations Instructor. Member of United States Customs Service, Blue Lightening Strike Force for over 20 years, working Marine Narcotics Interdiction and Port Security Operations.
Captain David Johnson, National Director and Chief of Staff
Captain David Johnson (retired) served 41-years with Collier County Sheriff’s Office in Naples, Florida. David has over 30-years of extensive Marine Law Enforcement experience. He retired as supervisor of Marine, Mounted, and Agriculture Patrols. He also served in the capacities of Certified Staff Inspector and Certified Accreditation Specialist. He is a Tactical Marine Operations Instructor, Certified Airboat Operations Instructor, Tactical Boat Operations Instructor, Boating Safety Instructor, and recognized Maritime Border Security subject matter expert. Along with serving as Chief of Staff and National Director, he is also TAC’s Training Coordinator and Course Developer. In addition, David is President of Blueline Partners, LLC located in Naples, Florida. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Management from Union Institute & University, North Miami, Florida.
